Why do we offer Scrap 'n Stamp Rewards?

Our customers are very important to us and we want to reward you for your loyalty through our Scrap 'n Stamp Rewards program. Once you have created an account you will earn Scrap 'n Stamp Reward Points when you place an order. Then you can use those Scrap 'n Stamp Reward Points for discounts on anything in our store.

How does it work?

It's easy! You are automatically signed for the program when you register for an account and your Scrap 'n Stamp Reward Points are automatically added to your account once your order has been processed. Each product in our store has been assigned a point value that will equate to a discount that can be applied on new orders. For every dollar you spend you will earn 1 point. Each point will equate to a 1% credit. For example, by spending $500 you would earn 500 Scrap 'n Stamp Reward Points with a value of $5 that you could apply as a discount on a new order.

How do you know how many Scrap 'n Stamp Reward Points you are earning?

First, each product description shows how many points have been assigned to that item. As you add products to your shopping cart the system will automatically keep track of the total. Then, you will be notified of the number of points you have earned with that purchase on the order verification page and in your order confirmation email. The only time you don't earn Scrap 'n Stamp Reward Points is when you are redeeming points on an order. Otherwise, every purchase will earn you points.

Once your order has been completed you can view your Scrap 'n Stamp Reward Points by logging into your account and clicking on the View Your Scrap 'n Stamp Reward Points link. You will be able to see how many points you have and how much of a discount they are worth.

How are Scrap 'n Stamp Reward Points redeemed?

You can use your Scrap 'n Stamp Reward Points to apply a discount on any new order. Simply enter the number of points you would like to use in the box at the bottom of the Payment & Other Information page when checking out. Be sure to click on Recalculate and then Place Order. You can use some or all of your points up to the amount of the products being purchased before shipping and taxes. Just put in how many points you want to use and our system will automatically calculate how much of a discount your points translates to.

• Scrap 'n Stamp Reward Points have no cash value, are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Points can only be used on new orders and equate to a discount equal to 1% of the point value.
• Scrap 'n Stamp Reward Points cannot be used towards taxes or shipping.
• You earn Scrap 'n Stamp Reward Points on every completed order except when points are redeemed.
• Scrap 'n Stamp Reward Points are not awarded when using the Guest Checkout and cannot be redeemed unless you are a registered customer and signed into your account.
• If you return an item the applicable number of Scrap 'n Stamp Reward Points will be deducted from your account. Should you not have enough points in your account to cover the return the discount value associated with those points will be deducted from your refund amount.

Scrap 'n Stamp reserves the right to alter, suspend or cancel the Scrap 'n Stamp Reward Points program at anytime (in whole or part) without advance notice. Change to or suspension of this program or modification of the parameters may result in a change to the Rewards Points available or redemption qualifications of your points and is at the discretion of Scrap 'n Stamp.
