How do you ship my order and how much will it cost?Within Canada we ship all orders by Canada Post with tracking and insurance for the full value of your order included by us at no additional charge. Your order can be shipped by Expedited Parcel or Xpresspost and rates are determined by the Canada Post shipping calculator based on your location,the weight and size of the package. All orders of $75 or more before taxes are shipped FREE within Canada and also include tracking and insurance. Do you ship to the United States or International Destinations?Yes, we will ship to the United States and selected International destinations (see below). Your order will have to be processed manually and cannot be submitted through our website. If you would like to place an order for shipment to any of the countries listed below please use the Contact Us form on our website and let us know that you would like to place an order. We will be in touch with you by email to provide you with instructions for ordering. Shipping charges for your order will be determined after your order has been placed and will be billed to you separately. We will contact you with a shipping quote from Canada Post using the most economical way to ship your order. When you have agreed to the shipping charges we will arrange for payment from you and your order will be shipped. Other countries we will ship to: United States, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland & the United Kingdom. When will my order be shipped?We do our best to ship your order within 3-5 business days. If your order is going to be delayed for any reason we will contact you right away. As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification with a link to the Canada Post website where you can track your order (note: tracking is available within Canada only). Can I pick up my order if I live near Aldergrove, BC?Yes you can! Local customers (within the Greater Vancouver area) are welcome to pick up their order. Please select 'Store Pick Up' when checking out and allow 24 hours for your order to be processed. You can then pick up your order at our retail store during regular business hours (Thursday & Friday from 10:30am - 4:30pm and Saturday from noon - 4pm). Our retail store is located at 27024 Fraser Highway in Aldergrove (in the little mall with the KFC). Local customers that would like to shop or pick up their orders at a different time can call us at 604-607-7200 or email us to set up an appointment. RETURNSDo you accept returns?We will gladly accept returns of unopened or defective products within 14 days of your order. You must obtain a return authorization number from us prior to sending any items back. Please contact us to obtain this number and further instructions. All items must be returned by Canada Post with tracking and insurance. When we receive your items a store credit will be issued that you can use towards future purchases. If the item you are returning is not defective a 25% restocking fee will be charged.Shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not accept returns on Clearance items - all sales are final from this department. |
