Shipping & Returns
How do you ship my order and how much will it cost?
We ship all orders by Canada Post Expedited Parcel service with tracking and insurance.
All orders that are less than $100 before tax will cost $9.50 + tax FLAT RATE which is less than the actual cost of shipping but we want to make it as economical as possible for you to order from us so we are subsidizing the cost of shipping and paying the difference. Tracking and insurance are included.
All orders of $100 or more before taxes are shipped FREE and include tracking and insurance.
When will my order be shipped?
We do our best to ship your order within 3-5 business days. If your order is going to be delayed for any reason we will contact you right away. As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification with a link to the Canada Post website where you can track your order.
Can I pick up my order if I live near Aldergrove, BC?
Yes you can! Local customers (within the Greater Vancouver area) are welcome to pick up their orders. Please select 'Store Pick Up' when checking out and allow 24 hours for your order to be processed. We will email you when your order is ready and arrange a convenient pick up time.
Do you ship to the United States or International Destinations?
No. We only ship in Canada.
Do you accept returns?
We will gladly accept returns of defective products within 14 days of your order. You must contact us and we will determine if you should return the defective item or simply receive a store credit. If an item is to be returned it must be sent by Canada Post with tracking and insurance.
When we receive your item(s) a store credit will be issued that you can use towards future purchases. If the item you are returning is not defective a 25% restocking fee will be charged.Shipping charges are non-refundable.
