Hello friends! Welcome back to the SNS Blog! Today I have a card made with die cutting only…no stamping whatsoever!
I went through my stash of Lawn Fawn goodies and decided to make a Hello card using only dies. In particular, the Outside In Stitched Flower, the Stitched Flower and the Outside In Stitched Speech Bubbles die sets.
I cut each flower from the Spring Plaid paper pack (also, Lawn Fawn) along with the leaves. These are large flowers and fill up the front of a card nicely.
I used craft foam for dimension on the pink flower and used liquid glue for the blue one. I adhered the flowers onto a white panel cut with Stitched Rectangle Die. I thought it needed a little seperation from the white card base so I layered some grey cardstock behind the focal panel.
I added a few grey crystals for embellishments and some Shimmer Pen to the cheeks of the blue flower and the “hi” diecut, which is included in the Speech Bubbles Die Set!
This is quite a simple card although it does take a bit of time to die cut all the pieces. But well worth it in the end!
