Cool Christmas

Hello friends and welcome back!!  Today, I have a super cool, super cute holiday card to share with you!  As I’ve been a bit obsessed with all things “snowman” this season, I just knew I had to get the Cool Christmas Stamp Set and co-ordinating dies from My Favourite Things!

I actually coloured these images up for the #thedailymarker30day colouring challenge.  If you haven’t heard about this challenge, you can check out the details here.  All I had to do was put together a card!  I used the small star image from the City Stack Stamp Set from Concord & 9th and heat embossed them in silver embossing powder.

To create the night sky, I used Tattered Rose, Seedless Preserves and Chipped Sapphire Distress Oxide Inks and blended that over the embossed stars. I used a Hillside Border Die Set (Lawn Fawn) to create the hills and snowbanks.

Everything was adhered directly to the card base with Nuvo Deluxe adhesive except the car full of snowmen, the puff of exhaust and the triangle shaped tree, which were adhered with foam adhesive.

Of course, I left the sentiment to last which I stamped in Versafine Onyx Black Ink.
