September Sketch #3

Every Friday we post a new sketch challenge on the Blog with a sample made by one of our talented Design Team members for inspiration.  You can use this sketch to create your own version of the card or as the jumping off point for a scrapbook page, home decor items or whatever you like. We would love to have you share your creations so we create a new gallery each month that you can upload your pictures to. It’s a great way to inspire others and get share ideas and techniques.

As a little bonus we hold a random draw every month for FREE stuff from Scrap ‘n Stamp that you can win just by uploading your creations to our gallery. Hope you will play along.

Here is how you enter the Sketch Challenge draw:

1. Make a card using one of our September Sketches, make sure you use at least ONE item currently for sale at Scrap ‘n Stamp

2. Upload your card to the Sketch Challenge Gallery for that month

3. Once your Card is uploaded leave a comment on one of the Sketch Challenge Posts letting us  know you have completed the Challenge and the number of cards you have uploaded. Then, your name will be entered in our draw monthly draw.

PLEASE READ: Revised Entry Details

Treat Box – Tuesday Tutorial

A Note from Kate

We were experiencing some problems with our Blog yesterday and so we were unable to show you this amazing tutuorial that Spike did for us. In fact we thought it had been lost out in that huge black hole in cyberspace where things disappear every now and then. Well, as you can see it is now available thanks to the fantastic web guys that we have working behind the scenes. Thanks Ryan & Shone! And…a very big thank you to Spike for doing such a great Tuesday Tutorial.

Wow with all the new goodies coming into the store it’s really tough to decide where to begin! It’s Spike here today with a treat box for today’s Tuesday Tutorial. I had a few inquires on how to make the acetate treat box that I had made for Treats from your Kitchen for our past Christmas in July feature.

You’ll need:
