Hi Friends! It’s Susan with today’s Random Act of Cardness prompt. I chose butterflies because I have this beautiful Zen Butterfly Stamp Set from Lavinia and I’ve hardly used it.
I started by using the Rectangle Extraordinaire from MFT and ink blended with some Distress Inks. I used Fossilized Amber at the top, Candied Apple at the bottom and then Ripe Persimmon in the middle.
I used a stamp positioning tool to stamp the butterfly. I stamped it a few times to be sure to get a deep, dark and crisp image. I did the same with the sentiment from Penny Black’s Happy Hugs.
I love cards that are quick and easy and pack a punch and this one fits that bill.
