Make a wish with a fun tunnel card and Stamping Bella Stamps!
Good morning crafty friends, when I saw these adorable little Unicorns from Stamping Bella, I knew I had to have them…I mean come on, how cute are they!! Plus, they come with coordinating dies– so much fun creating with these adorable lil’ guys!
Here’s my card front:
There’s a fun fad with tunnel and slider cards right now, and of course I had to try it out. Don’t be intimidated, once you’ve cut the measurements out, it’s eazy peazy. Jennifer McGuire has a great step-by-step tutorial here for creatingt the tunnel base card. I started with cardstock from Bazzil, which is on sale now in store. :o) I went with the lilac and lavender colors. I cut out my panels with Sizzix Dotted stitch dies, but any shape will work like the Stitched Rectangles from Taylored Expressions.
I colored my cute lil’ unicorns with alcohol markers and die cut them with the matching dies. I then added some colored sparkle on their horns and wings with colored Spectrum Noir Sparkle Pens. I then created a back panels using a homemade stencil-cloud edges cut on paper- and Memento Lulu Lavender ink for the soft cloud backgrounds on both the front and inside of my card. I used cloud dies from my stash, but any cloud dies will work, such as Lawn Fawns’ Stitched Cloud Stackables. I placed the unicorns inside the tunnel layers using Nuvo Deluxe Adhesive or 3D Foam Tape.
A sentiment using Tim Holtz Shadow Script #2 dies cut from Bazzil Cardstock and Vellum with a stamped “Make a” using mini alphabet stamps in the Memento Lulu Lavender finished off my card.
I did have an extra lil’ unicorn so I did stick him on the back of the card because…..well because he’s just too cute for words even so I had to use him! lol!
Well there you have it a lil’ tunnel card using Stamping Bella’s Unicorns Stamp set and a few fun dies.
Thanks for stopping by and I sure hope I’ve inspired you to get crafty today!
~hugs~
